Request account and Facebook data deletion

You can request deletion of your FigureLab3D account and the Facebook login data associated with it. You do not need to sign in to view these instructions.

1. Email [email protected] from the email address associated with your FigureLab3D account.
2. Use the subject Account and Facebook data deletion request.
3. Include your account email address and state that you want your FigureLab3D account and Facebook login data deleted. If you only want to disconnect Facebook login, say that instead.

Do not send passwords, Facebook access tokens, or identity documents. If you no longer have access to your account email, contact the same support address and explain that. We may verify your identity and authority before acting on the request.

What happens to your information

After verifying the request, we will delete or de-identify the associated personal information unless continued retention is required or permitted by law. Facebook login data includes the Facebook ID scoped to our app and the profile information used for your account, such as your name and any email address you shared.

Order and transaction records, generated models, production files, and communications may be retained for fulfillment, accounting, fraud prevention, warranties, disputes, or legal compliance as described in our Privacy Policy. Backups may retain encrypted copies until normal backup rotation completes.

Removing Facebook access

You can also remove FigureLab3D from Facebook's Apps and Websites settings to revoke its Facebook access. Removing the app does not by itself request deletion of your FigureLab3D account or order records. Use the email instructions above to request that deletion.
